Operator and product

These terms apply to the Tiempo website, download pages, update feed, and macOS application.

License grant

Subject to these terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of Tiempo on up to 1 device per purchased license.

• The free trial currently includes 50 conversions
• The paid version is a one-time purchase priced at $10 USD unless stated otherwise at checkout
• Licenses may not be shared, sublicensed, resold, or pooled across multiple users or devices beyond the stated limit

Acceptable use

• Do not bypass license limits, validation, or activation controls
• Do not use the software to infringe rights, break applicable law, or abuse the service infrastructure
• Do not reverse engineer or extract source code except where mandatory law grants that right and cannot be waived

Updates and availability

We may provide bug fixes, improvements, and compatibility updates, but we do not guarantee that updates will be available forever, uninterrupted, or suitable for every macOS version. Update checks can be turned off in the app.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are processed through Polar. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy together with any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Disclaimer

Tiempo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The software is intended as a productivity tool, not as a source of legal, financial, or compliance advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tiempo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the website or app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to license validation or updates if you materially breach these terms, abuse the licensing system, or use invalid or fraudulent purchase credentials. You may stop using the software at any time by removing it from your device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's home jurisdiction, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, mandatory local consumer protections still apply and will prevail where required.
